1. 30 Day Guarantee
We want you to feel confident trying LoafGuards at home.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original packaging where possible.
Clean, undamaged, and not heavily used.
Returned with proof of purchase.
Because LoafGuards are food-contact products, we may refuse returns that are heavily used, damaged, stained, washed incorrectly, or returned in unsuitable condition.
3. Sale and Bundle Items
Items bought on sale, as part of a bundle, or with a promotional discount may only be refunded if they are unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Used sale or bundle items are not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

5. Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Items washed with hot water, machine washed, dishwashed, microwaved, or exposed to high heat.
Items returned heavily used, stained, or without reasonable care.
Gift cards or digital products, if applicable.
