LoafGuards products are intended for normal household use. Please follow all care instructions provided with the product or on our website.

All prices are shown at checkout in the available currency for your location.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation, and fraud checks where applicable.

We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse orders if we believe an order is suspicious, incorrect, placed in bad faith, or violates these Terms.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Payment is charged at the time your order is placed.

All payment details are handled securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated delivery times are shown on our website and may vary depending on your location, shipping option, courier delays, customs checks, weather, holidays, or high demand.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email. You can also track your order by opening our website menu and clicking “Track My Order.”

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. Delivery Risk

Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the package is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

We offer a 30 day guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Items bought on sale, as part of a bundle, or with a promotional discount may only be refunded if they are unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because our products may be used for food storage, we may refuse returns that are heavily used, stained, damaged, washed incorrectly, or returned in unsuitable condition.

This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Care and Product Use

LoafGuards products should be used as directed.

Do not expose beeswax products to high heat, hot water, dishwashers, washing machines, microwaves, ovens, or direct flames, as heat may damage the beeswax coating.

Our bread bags are intended for cooled bread and suitable dry baked goods. They are not intended for hot bread straight from the oven, raw meat, wet foods, oily foods, or unsafe food storage.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect cleaning, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to disrupt its operation, upload harmful code, commit fraud, copy our content for commercial use, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website if we believe these Terms have been violated.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, product names, branding, designs, graphics, icons, and layout, belongs to LoafGuards or its content providers unless otherwise stated.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
